These points seem to avoid addressing the elephant in the room. America's war on Iran, its support for Israel's invasion of Lebanon and genocide in Gaza, and incursions into the West Bank begs the question: why on earth is America doing this? There is absolutely zero advantage in these actions. They're burning through billions of dollars, destabilising American assets in the region, and creating international financial chaos. Nobody knows what happens next. Supporting NATO's war on Russia is another doomed project. Why is America pursuing these irrational activities? The Zionist lobby appears to have control over Trump who has no strategy other than to continue fumbling into the future. America has gained access to Ukraine's mineral wealth so there is some rational but that war can continue for years. Similarly we're likely to see the Iranian fiasco drag on indefinitely.

For sure the Ukrainian Nationalist Lobby in Canada, Canadians spent $22Billion cdn on Ukraine militarily and providing support for healthcare, pensions etc...since 2022, and Canada also had no small part in the fomenting of unrest in Ukraine even earlier than 2014.

The Zionist lobby is also extremely strong in Canada with $billions in tax deductible charitable donations being given to Israeli charities that support illegal land theft, the IDF etc.

The Canada Federal "No Loopholes Bill" C233 failed to pass so Canada continues to ship explosives and other military materiel to the US, and thus Israel, without end use scrutiny under joint defence agreements, making Canada and Canadians complicit in warcrimes and genocide.

The Ukrainian and Zionist influence that pervades the Anglosphere derives from post WW2 anti communist hysteria and manipulated religious belief.

Israel may have been a colony of the USA before, but it’s very obvious the Israeli lobby has infiltrated every corner of American governance. America is firmly in Israel’s grip. The gross amount of avoidable risk America is taking at the behest of Israel especially under Trump paints a bigger, clearer picture.

America is very much in charge. Greater Israel fits into it's plans for the middle east. The global plan is Europe wholly dependent on America. Israel dominant in the middle east. Iran carved up. A naval blockade on China.

LOL. A naval blockade on China. Ha ha. Good one.

Israel is in control on Iran policy.

All very true, but this account omits one important detail: The main (or at least, main public) reason for the USA's undying support for Israel over the years is because it was seen as an essential ally in maintaining the flow of Middle East oil and of capital into the USA and its other allies. The USA may not need Israel itself, but it certainly needs that oil and the capital, now more than ever. So it's unlikely to completely abandon Israel before it's given up all hope in securing those essential resources (including Iran's, incidentally). And if that does happen, it won't be the result of any change in "policy" per se!

It not even a valid question. A small country of 7 million people doesn't control a superpower. Of course, the US wants to control the ME but it can't without Isreal.

It's not a valid question but not for the reason you provide. It's invalid because what even is "Israel" and what is "America" in this context? The American people? By all means, no. The Israeli people? Certainly a much better case to be made there. How about the US government? Nope - except for a couple of arms manufacturers, other war contractors and market manipulators. Perhaps 1-2% of American society. But taking out Iran is Israel's long-term wet dream and a President stupid, pliable and arrogant enough was finally put into office due to no small effort by the "Israel Lobby" and fervent Zionist oligarchs (the Adelsons and Musk among them).

Comparing population sizes is either naive or a deflection. I could easily spin it thusly: There are 7 million or fewer people in the USA that control the vast majority of American fiscal and foreign policy. Those people also happen to be by and large pro-Israel or Zionists/Zionism and Greater Israel supporters. The American 'taxpayer' is on the hook every single year for multi-billions of $ in "aid" to Israel, and the public isn't even allowed to know the real figure.

And name another country of 7 million people whose military and surveillance state is currently being integrated with that of the US in both houses of Congress. Name another foreign lobby of which a large number of members enjoy dual citizenship and that doesn't have to register under FARA laws.

So back to the point: what do you mean when you say "Israel" or "America"?

But the US integrated their intelligence with the genocidal Ishrael

Who's really in charge? Let's answer metaphorically: Toyota and Lexus belong to the same owners.

Even if you find that out what would you be able to do about it ?

Israel is but an extension of the Anglo-American empire

That's an outdated view. And besides, the Anglo-American Empire, like any other empire can be unduly manipulated by a small faction loyal to a member or vassal nation. They aren't mutually exclusive concepts. Brian has become the lady who doth protest too much on this. What was started as a project of the Anglo-American Empire has morphed into something much different now. And those are not mutually exclusive outcomes either. Through time, the Greater Israel project has managed to place or corrupt politicians and policy makers at the top of every meaningful imperial agency. Where the US empire (and the Brits who allowed the creation of Israel) may have once deemed that project to be crucial in controlling the ME, the returns have diminished markedly. Yet the money spigot just gets bigger every year, the American and European populace see their rights of speech curtailed, lives and careers destroyed, get debanked and defunded and censored (or labeled "terrorists") not because they object to US foreign policy or the policy of any other "extension" of the US-Anglo Empire. No. Those things ONLY happen when Israel is the topic of discussion.

Too many ppl still prefer to remain willfully ignorant of the fact that Zionism/Israel has always been an Anglo-American Imperialist colonial project

The first words of the Balfour Declaration define it pretty well: "My dear Lord Rothschild"...

The most vigorous Zio engineers in the UK: Winston Churchill, Lloyd George, Lord Balfour, Mark Sykes. Serving Alfred Milner’s Round Table system. Liaison agent: Chaim Weizmann.

David Lloyd George, the UK Prime Minister from 1916 to 1922, was one of the 20th century's most pivotal Christian Zionists. His alignment with Zionist leader Chaim Weizmann is widely recognized by historians as the critical "sine qua non" period for the foundation of Israel

Pax Britannia became Pax Americana after WW2. It is all part of globalism (Imperialism) that was carried out by the fascists of the 19th-21st Centuries.

U.S. Sen. Scoop Jackson started the project after 1967 to use Israel as a major U.S. proxy in the Middle East.

One should think of Israel as the biggest of 800+ overseas U.S. military bases, "Unsinkable ? carrier", created to control (bomb) this whole oil-rich region.

Especially the Suez Canal and the Strait of Hormuz, the world's most important oil transit chokepoint.

The U.S. has funded Israel for decades, not the other way around.

Israel is a very small country, only idiots believe they could afford all those wars

According to the US State Department, between 1946 and 2023 US gave Israel at least $212 billion, it's only officially.

In 2024 alone, the U.S. government sent at least $17.9 billion in military funds to Israel

AIPAC doesn't print dollars. FED does. Just follow the money.

"Were there not an Israel, the United States of America would have to invent an Israel to protect our interests in the region"

-FJB, 1986-2024

Stated by a declared Zionist. Of course the US funds Israel. Nobody is arguing the opposite. But what Brian and his crowd always seem to leave out is that the American people - the vast majority - have no choice in the matter. Year after year after year of diminishing returns and sunk costs. Funding will ebb, flow, or dry up for other foreign nations; never for Israel. Why is that? Other much larger, more geostrategically important, and actually treaty-bound "friendly" nations will face sanctions or funding cuts. Never Israel.

So to reframe someone else's comment: Why would the US continue to damage its own (government, economic and even geostrategic) interests just to support an expansionist genocidal fake country with only the population of a large American city?

What began as an extension of the globalist oligarchical UK-US empire has become a leading decision driver in both domestic and foreign politics. That doesn't mean Israel isn't an extension of a much more nebulous faction of elite interests, but the evidence has been accumulating much more rapidly in recent years than before - those elite interests are Zionist by a large majority and policies with zero or negative return - even for other wealthy and otherwise influential Americans and Brits - are constantly being implemented regardless. Sorry, but Israel the country is no longer of much importance for the US to project power or staunch the perceived march of communism/socialism in the region. It has become its own animal; a parasitic one.
